Black bean brownies for a snowy day!

oven 350 degrees

1 box brownie mix ( any brand, approx 20 oz )
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 15oz can of black beans

Put entire can of black beans in food processor or blender and add 1/4 can of cold water...then process until smooth.  Pour this mixture into a large bowl and stir in the dry ingredients until wet.  NO EGGS OR OIL NEEDED!!  If desired, stir in 1 cup of chopped walnuts.

Pour mixture into a 13x9" pan that has been greased on the bottom only.  Put into a pre-heated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.  Cool completely.  Cut into 20 equal squares.

2 points plus per square without nuts
3 points plus per square with nuts
