Creamy Coleslaw

Creamy Coleslaw

Servings: 8   Size: 3/4 cup   Points Plus: 2

1 medium sized head of green cabbage, finely shredded
2 medium carrots, grated
(or - buy 1 large bag of coleslaw mix already prepared)

1 cup lite mayonnaise
1 cup fat free sour cream
2 T Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce (if desired)

Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl.  Add hot sauce if desired (sometimes I replace the hot sauce with 1 tsp celery seed for a change).  Pour dressing over the cabbage and carrots - or the prepared coleslaw mix - and toss to coat thoroughly.  Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
