My name is Corinne and I've been a Lifetime Member of WeightWatchers for many years, however I have yet to master the art of staying at goal weight. I recently got started on the new PointsPlus program that WeightWatchers rolled out for 2011 in the hopes of getting back to my goal weight. I am loving it more than any other program I've followed in the past. I am losing weight without eating "diet food"...I'm not munching on raw veggies all day long and I'm not hungry all the time. Big change! I am eating satisfying meals and snacks...all kinds of real food that I plan to eat the rest of my life. To be truthful, I'm not a huge fan of working out at the gym, or of filling my home with exercise equipment ~however I do hope to find ways to increase my activity level with things I enjoy. As a start, I am beginning to work out on our Wii Fit Plus. Those activities are really addicting...like playing video games...you just want to keep on trying to get a better score. Its a great way to spend time with your kids, too. So for now, that is my "exercise routine".
A big part of making a success of weight loss and making it stick is planning and tracking. I plan to explore the Internet for encouraging bloggers, new recipes for healthy eating, and for the best understanding of what healthy living truly is. This blog will be my attempt to share it all with you!
