  2. Hi Kelly,

    I did them "pre-Weight Watchers", but I hope to figure a way to fit them into program. I used store bought pizza dough. Shape a small ball of it into a personal size round. Brush with some olive oil and put that side down on a hot grill. Brush the other side (should be facing up) with olive oil. When the first side is browned lightly, turn it over to brown the other side...but while that is happening, put your toppings on it...a little sauce, some grilled veggies, fresh basil, tomato slices - basically whatever suits you - then top with mozzarella cheese and close the lid until the cheese melts and the pizza is hot. Like I said, I'll be working up a 'plan friendly' version and post it soon!! Keep checking back - I'll label the post "Grilled Pizza!"

  4. Hey, Kelly - I am excited to say that I checked on WW e-Tools and found that pizza dough is 2pp per 1oz of dough. Typically we would take an 8oz pack of dough and make two personal pizzas from it...so that would be 8pp for the crust. Veggies, herbs and sauce should all be "0"pp...so depending on how much cheese one prefers, it would be very doable. I would probably use the olive oil spray this year to make it simple and keep the points down. Now you have me anxious for spring weather!
